    This was an absolutely incredible experience. Elaine is such a sweet wonderful person and she makes you feel so welcome, you cannot even imagine. Our dog Dora took to her from the moment she saw her. The room was so comfortable, the shower is wonderfully warm, there are some great DVD's you can pick from. Breakfast superb - fruit freshly prepared, porridge lovely, excellent hot choices. Host very friendly and helpful regarding local knowledge. I don't know what you could do to experience a better B&B than this. Having spent 4 weeks in B&Bs in UK & Ireland this one beats them all by a long way.

    Everything was great and all in close distance to shops, bars.... The apartment was in excellent condition and the new paint job looks really great Margaret thank you - the interior was gorgeous, have to agree the sofa bed was a bit uncomfy, but there was an extra mattress there which we used and it sorted that problem out.

    The Burn is one of the best b and B's we have stayed in in Ireland. Nuala looked after us so well and went beyond what was required by leaving my wife's medication, which we had left behind, in Belfast with a friend while she was there.     The Derrin was very convenient to both the Ferry and the downtown area. Immaculately clean and a great owner/staff. We were very pleased with the accommodations and the pricing is very good.
