Very good location and competitive rates. Staff was lovely and friendly, I called to change my reservation from one day to the other and there was no problem at all. "Suites" is exactly what it is. Two massive rooms, two tv`s, a kitchen, two settee`s. etc. etc. excellent dinner and breakfast. Just great.!!. Outstanding hotel, nearly too good to be true! Ideal location if doingring of Kerry.

The friendliness and helpfulness of one of the staff on receiption was excellent resulting in my rating the hotel staff so above. Accommodation was clean. Bathroom facilities were very good. Good location outside of the town so quiet. The staff tried hard.breakfast too expensive. It is a little outside of Killarney but a taxi only cost €12. It's a bit of a remote location, you need to drive to get to everything. For some reason, the restaurant was not open. Bar food was available only. However quality of this food was superb.restaurant and menu. Sound of television in bar up too loud for people trying to enjoy a meal. Also we expected the 2 bed suite to have ajoining rooms so we were a little disappointed to find that one was completely separate from the living area and other bedroom.Yes one thing no tea making faciities in the room very dissapointing. Food was edible but not great. Price of breadfast very expensive.Better internet connection options would be nice. The dinner menu was a little dull and basic.No leisure facility - pool / gym etc. service at the bar was very slow. The open shower flooded the bathroom with water. Thus you could not have a shower at night before going out and expect it to be dry enough use it again the next morning. With 2 people showering it was like a swimming pool. This needs to be sorted. Lack of in-room tea and coffee and blaming it on environmental health when other hotels don't seem to have an issue with this.Restaurant on Saturday evening was hideous. Lights on full daylight it was like eating in a warehouse. Half way through dinner all the staff started setting up for breakfast for the next morning. May stay there again but would never use the restaurant for dinner again ever.
