Lovely Hotel, Staff were very friendly and polite. The room was very clean and comfortable. We didn't use the Bistro but the food both in the bar and for breakfast was very good. Hotel is also quite close to the city. You couold walk it if you REALLY wanted to. staff were very friendly and catered for all my needs. The bed and bedroom were extremly comfortable and spacious. the bedroom was spotless.

But they did pay for half of it so it wasn't too bad as we knew it would be safe in the underground carpark. The room was very hot and stuffy. My husband got up at 7 to go down toreception to get some water.....our clocks were set for 10.30...weekendaway. Just as we were leaving my husband spotted the temperaturecontrol. Also the room was very noisy being next to a busyroad....windows left in lots of noise. Many times during the night Iwished I had my ear plugs with me!!. No, we were very happy with hotel and will return there in the spring. Misleading about pool facilities, smoking area far too public-private courtyard more keeping with the hotel, guest parking should always always be complimentary. The shower in our room was not great. €16.90 for broadband access is a disgrace and I certainly wont go back. The bed wasn't very comfortable. the position, right next to a petrol station.very slow service in the resturant.I didn't like the location. Is it a four star hotel? The garage attached was off putting upon arrival. toilets/bathrooms were a disgrace. shower in ensuite very poor.
