  Great staffs - was welcomed with cold face towel to freshen up and a glass of mocktail drink. Pleasant, lovely front desk people. The room was spacious and the king bed was ultra-comfy. Bathroom was clean and functional. I got the room which was facing the Kartika Resort next door and it was very quiet and peaceful. No noise problem at all. Cu - We had a long stop over between flights before getting on a red-eye (and husband was sick), so we opted for a few hours in a comfortable hotel instead of waiting around. Best idea we've ever had. Hotel was very clean and comfortable and we were able to get a good rest before a long flight onwards. Only 5 minutes drive (depending on Kuta traffic) from the airport and price was excellent. Location is great and it was a shame Husband wasn't feeling better or we could have explored the area a bit.
