  I have been staying here for many years as in my opinion it is the best located of any for access to Jakarta and the airport. The staff is always very nice and helpful. - Excellent location if you have to be in the SCBD or Senayan areas. Helpful staff, and the cost is not too bad for what you get.

  The front desk staff were wonderful. There was trouble with air-conditioning in 2 of our 4 rooms, and Batavia took steps to fix it in the middle of the night and later moved us to another suite. I book one bed room which there is a living room and kitchen that is nice. Nice view on the high floor. Room size is good and large for the family.
