I liked the rooms , the location , the sevices plus the cleaness and more important thr friendly staff and vivid smiles I see everywhere I go. I would like to mention the value for money that I paid!! In general it was one of my best vacations. The hotel staff offered us a free upgrade with no extra charges. Nice kids play area. Security at each gate. Taxis available around the clock.

The only problem I noticed in this hotel is waiting for the lift. I had to wait for more than 15 minutes to get a chance to use the lift, and it was the staff lift actually not the guest's. -suites are a bit old and stuffy. One of the AC needs to be fix Some furniture needs to be replace, it seems outdated. A bit worn... Food. Old toilet,some appartment not refurbished still old. Toilet without tap. Nothing. Room smelt quite musty - could not open doors onto balcony to let fresh air in. Had to move rooms staff in restaurant quite rude. No towels in room on arrival. discovered hot water was off, I had to turn it on and wait while it warmed Hotel is advertised as 5 star, I would personally rate it no more than 3 star. Oldies and little bit lack of maintenance. I am old client since it was Aston ... Furniture need to change it's too old.. Carpet as we'll. there is only one king size bed in the 2/3 bedroom suites. When we arrived, they couldn't find our booking. Luckily it was for one night so it wasn't a hassle in getting a room. The decor is very dated and the smells of cigarette was very strong and unpleasant. The insertion of your room key (card) everytime you ride the elevator is a waste of time. It may pose problem if fire or other natural disasters occur as it hinders the escape. Furniture need to change and carpet as we'll. Old furnished, smelly towel. Rooms are ver small since I book three rooms for two adults and five kids however kids rooms can not have two kids per room as they are very small, area size about 2 by 3 meters which total 6 meter square each room!! Even you can not have two beds per kids room!! Also not clean, as you see some insects on ground and no exhaust fan in toilets,, this is not 5-star hotel, it might be 2-3 star I do not recommend similar family in this hotel. Sorry!!. The design is too old. I arrived late, but was NOT offered the same courtesy on Check-Out wehen I asked for a delatyed Check-Out. Not very good!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. need to re new the hotel, all stuff is old. No ni8 club bar. Everything is not worth for The Money we paid.shoud evaluate The eligibilty of being 5 star. very old ,some rooms without coffee maker , air conditioner making sound , mosquitoes , bad internet connection , definetly not recommended as a business hotel. The place is slightly run down. No wifi unless one pays. Should have this facility available free for stays over 2 nights. Dirty stain on pillow, bed and blanket, Very old furntures. hotel for one night stay only. Furnishings, rooms (including bathrooms) & fittings are worn out - needs refurbishment or renovation. Condition of kitchen sinks are disgusting. Towels are also not fit for use. small rooms and only one sofa in living room. Very bad was an unhappy. Every thing so old. very dirty, cockroach everywhere. The staff was very unhelp full i dont recommend this hotel at all Its flat an old flat. The Wifi is totally unacceptable -slow and not stable at all. Booked for 2 bedrooms with specific instruction that twin bed in one bedroom. Hotel unable to provide this simple request ...5 star ??.
