The staff were uniformly terrific - very helpful, courteous and considerate - from the service desk to the waiting staff.
The location is outstanding with the capacity to lounge on but above the beach so enjoying the beachside experience but avoiding the hassle of the peddlars.
The facilities beachside and in the room are also top class.

The hotel has good wireless internet for as many devices you want. The pool area is fantastic and you can eat and drink right at the beach front. You can also have private dinner on little pavilions in the garden area. The rooms are big and spacious with a balcony. You get all the little goodies like tea cooker, toothbrush etc. Location is great for shopping, eating and to go to the beach. Highly recommended!

The location is really convenience and close to semiyak square, only a few minutes walking distance. There are so many shop and restaurant around. The villa is awesome. Excellent Hotel , good service and great location.Room was very spacious , however , the view onto what looked like a bomb site was not good.The roof pool was excellent as was the breakfast.The staff were all friendly and we liked the entrance to the Hotel the free cocktail was an added bonus.All in all very good value for money in the middle of the shopping area of Seminyak. The 24 hr checkin/out is a good idea as late arrivals still get their full stay.
