We initially booked for 3 nights this lovely hotel, but decided to stay 2 days longer. It was absolutely great. Rikki and her husband are wonderfull persons who are realising their dream in running a cozy high quality hotel at the beach front of Lovina. Every night they perform at their stage a few songs, really good! The atmoshere in and around the hotel is fantastic, perfect for the total relaxed Bali feeling. It's the ideal place to enjoy the beach and quitness of Lovina. We loved that all h.
all reviews » Absolutely excellent location - right on the beach. Lovely homemade breakfast - different every day. Home atmosphere - just 7 rooms. Childrens welcome - no additionsl charges. Cosy private small pool for each room. No tv inside the room! Absolutely great live music for sunset time made by owners themselves!!! Besides dolphins, made the trip to waterfalls! Tip for the room - room 7 much close to the beach. Room 3/4 complete privacy. Room 1/2 - front beach view. We had a wonderful stay at the Lilin Lovina Hotel. There is honestly not one thing I would wish to change. The room was spacious and clean, and the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating to all our needs. The owner Rikki came and introduced herself and gave us some great tips of places to visit in the area. In the evening the hotel hosts a live band at sunset. With a view of the sea and some great music there is not more you can ask for!. We had a really amazing stay at lillin. The little villas have such nice interior, with lot of attention on the smaller details. It was very clean and a really good bed. Also good and original meals on the menu and much variation in breakfast, which you can enjoy on the beach or in front of your villa. The setting of the restaurant was really cozy and the owners play greatvlive music every night. Really helpful staff. The location right on the beach was fantastic, perfect for a relaxing few days. There is not much going on in Lovina but it is perfect for chilling out and as a base for exploring the north of Bali. There is also a reef that is great for snorkelling right in front of Lilin. The staff were great and were very helpful and gave us lots of good recommendations for less touristy places to visit. The breakfast was amazing! Every day you got a different one including fresh juice and fruits - delicious!! And it was served on your own terrace (if you want to) at your preffered time. And Daisy (the receptionist) was very friendly and helped us with her recommendations e.g. the best sushi place in town. Many thanks for the great service!!. Highly recommended! Great staff, great breakfast. Everyday fresh and everyday something new. You even get a afternoon snack everyday. Besides all that, the houses are nicely decorated, have a own private mini pool and you couldn't be closer to the beach. You actually have breakfast on the beach at your own personal table. Local staff couldn't do enough for you they were lovely. Breakfast on the beach each day was great, and the taxi service to the centre of lovina Individual pools worked very well and such cute little beach huts We got different freshly baked cakes, muffins, scones every afternoon such a lovely touch. Location was great. So relaxing by the beach. Rikki and Brian have captured the unique location and have presented something that is nowhere else in Lovina. Staff were great and very friendly. Dining by the beach is something that you can't do everywhere. Loved its fusion of western seaside and Balinese designs. The rooms are cosy and our room was closest to the beach so lovely sounds of the waves. Absolutely loved the outdoor swing bed and breakfast was delicious and bountiful. I love the design of the hotel. And with the private pool, you can just relax in the pool while looking at the stars. Good breakfast and certainly, nice view. If you come to lovina, do visit the dolphins!. Hotel owner is very nice. Its great to have breakfast just in front of the beach. Dolphin trip is not expensive but really worth it. Excellent location for watching the sunset. Great food at good prices. Friendly staff. the designer villas. The breakfast is quite good. The staffs are ok friendly. Walkable to some restaurant, but if want more choices, able to rent a scooter to go a bit further. very quiet and peaceful.. Be prepared for quiet surroundings. For cafe/restaurants you have to go to Lovina center. Hotel have some dinner options but a bit complicated and no much choice. Must be improved. Beach... Hotel clean the beach but other properties... The hotel (as most in Lovina) is right on the road which can get quite busy and a bit loud in the morning. Food in the evening wasn't great it was much better to go into the centre of lovina and eat Lots of ants and bugs around Entertainment at night was repetitive and a bit annoying. What I didn't like about the Lilin Lovina Beach Hotel was having to leave. Water doesn't flow out so easily on the bathroom floor. There seemed to be flies hovering around the outside when food is served. Sometimes hard to find a staff member. out of hotel , not much thing to do. It is not a "new" hotel but "newly took over" hotel. The pool is so small that only allow us to sit inside it...can't swim at all. Privacy of the room is rather low; workers walking up and down cleaning other people's room/gardening. Also, can look into others' room. The room is not very clean especially the toilet. it was never informed that tv is not included in the room! my husband is a football freak so was quite difficult for us back then, but luckily sports bar is only 5mins distance! not much variety for breakfast! and we had to wait between 20-30mins for main meal..
