First time i saw this hotel was little bit underestimate, but after meet with the staff and saw their room I feel comfort with their hospitality. Though the pool is small but nice, my kid loved to swim almost every day. Their breakfast also good and serve quite nice food. it's only take 5-7 minutes walking from this hotel to the beautiful beach of kuta. Loved satellite tv in rooms and fantastic air con great pool and 24 hr restaurant Buffett breakfast , very short walk to everything had a kettle in room ( i drink a lot of coffee ) complementry toiletries & drinking waster also a towel for the pool easy walk to 2 big shopping centers and beach loved this hotel.
all reviews » i loved everything about the flora have been here a few times and have enjoyed every time i have been. beds are comfy, international power points! staff are SO FRIENDLY, food is good, pool was nice a close, pool was clean, free wifi :), toilet was clean and overall i loved my stay. Clean, good location, good choice of breakfast.Very nice swimming pool. Quite if tourists not loudly talking in the pool. Complimentary water every day. Also very convienent to mall, to restarant, to the beach(15' on foot), to the airport(20' by taxi), to dfs( 20' on foot). I have stayed at the Flora many times. The rooms are clean and comfortable The staff are friendly and helpful. I like the location as it's in the area we like to be during the day. Budget-friendly; near to town, cafes, restaurants, spas and other facilities; friendly staff; clean room; very near to the HALAL restaurant; nice room view (swimming pool view). Попался номер - "двойной" то есть один балкон на два номера . Не вкурсе - может они все на втором этаже такие... Нам это не понравилось... в бассейне так и не покупались - так как он постоянно окупирован людьми из номеров с первого этажа. у бассейна так же не позагорать - так как основная его часть находиться в тени. Но так как до пляжа пешком минут 7мь - это не такая уж проблема ;). When we checked in for the first time, there was no toothpast and brush, no slippers, but second time they were. Maybe they forgot. Got very lost trying to get back to the hotel the first night - definitely take a map out with you!. Hotel shuttle from airport is 4 times cost of a taxi. My only negative coment and observation would be that staff serving breakfast did not wash their hands well and long enough after use of toilet. This needs to improve immediately in order to prevent nasty stomach bug. Despite having a lot of choices, The breakfast wasn't appetising and tasty. Although it says 24/7 room service there are no phones in the room. Bit hard in middle of the night getting dressed to go order something. Defeats the purpose of room service. i dont really like abt the breakfast. It seems the same everyday. However i still love Flora . Air conditioner not functioning well, asked for twin beds but given with one double bed instead. No phone in the room and no safety deposit box in room. No wifi connection in room. Same breakfast menu everyday. Walk way to room is not presentable. Room is not soundproof. Charge additional 3% for credit card payment. n/a. No in room safe and safe at reception not adequate. Guests using pool very early (2.00am) and staff not asking them to go back to their rooms. breakfast can be improve. no comment. noting. Two rooms share one balcony and the bathroom is really small and simple. Boring continental breakfast and not very clean swimming pool. Poor internet connexion in rooms. the room is too simple. 1. Insufficient light in the room. Too many mosquitoes. No wifi is available in the room. Almost everything except for the likes. Over priced for what you get. Room stank of cigarette smoke and the rooms very tired and no hot water in the bathroom. No safety deposit box. Would not stay there again.
