Friendly staff and very keen to help or assist with any requests. Great breakfasts, yummy food and something different every day on the menu, and a nice greeting smile by the restaurant ladies. I liked their Balinese uniform. Fantastic room, very comfy and a good size with balcony over looking the pool. The pool was amazing, swim up bar had yummy cocktails. The staff were really nice and helpful with everything, it was only 10min walk to the discovery mall. Your Restaurant service & breakfast is excellent. Room service was also good. Bath trowels are to be replaced with new as they are very old. When we compare with the price, you facilities are excellent. The rooms were beautiful and very well designed. All the nice extras were there. The restaurant has fantastic food at very reasonable prices. We really enjoyed our stay and definitely will be back soon. I am overall satisfied with the accomodation of the hotel, staffs are friendly, the location is quite good. I myself would love to come back to Bali and stay in this hotel again. Which also meant not fresh bottled water. Little worn out at plazas. Far from both beach and city. Nothing. first day I have to move room since the toilet is broke.after move room the ac not worked properly so again need to call engineering to fix it. There's a black stain in the bathup its looks ugly and dirty hotel need to fix it. - Rooms are a bit out-dated, but still clean. - There is some noice from the traffic, but not disturbing, it did not wake us up... The fridge in the room is not working, it took them one day to replace it with new one Communication barrier is one of the problem, they are not well trained in speaking/conversation with english speaking guest. The buffet dinner has limited choices and always run out of stocks. The hotel esp the rooms are old and looked tired, even the wooden tiles in our room were gone. Deep need of refurbishment. A little bit old. The wooden floor is a bit broken. The aircon was not working well at the first night, but it was fixed in the morning after my complaint. The rest of our stay was enjoyable. I stayed at this hotel a couple of times before, but this time the hospitality seems lessen than before. They are renovating the rooms, there are beds around the corridors. Good thing is, in a couple of months, the guests will get newly renovated rooms. I am not happy to find the shuttle service to discovery mall reduced from once per hour to once per two-hour. Foods during breakfast is not good with not many choices and variety. Nothing just checking in employee was not polite enough. 1. maintenance is poor. The first room, A.C & fridge not working. In second room, A.C. comfortable only after 1 hr. 2.Room entry smart card changed three times in five days for not operating. 3.Breakfast quality & service not consistent. Room wasn't the best and no fridge. There should have been one. When we would go in the hotel in the evening, the weather was rainy. The hotel does not have access to that we did not rain. Umbrellas are available only a limited. The staff was very nice but when I complain about poor internet, poor aircon and that there was no minibar in our room thay said they will fix all that in one hour. Sadly they dident do anything. Anyway I like this hotel. Tourist information was poor and they didn't give any tips how to move in kuta and this area:(. Aircond very hot, no hot water supply, housekeeping very bad... A bit isolated, you need to take a taxi if you want to go to Kuta Beach e.g. Not close to beach & activities. no hair dryer no water heater. far enough from beach, need acomondation so far. Room floors not so clean. Location out of the main tourist area and surroundings really round down. Ground floor few rooms are dame and the air-con wasn't work properly..specially room no- 1101. 1. The housekeeping forgot to provide the bath towel, bath doormat and slippers. 2. The system error while check-in, so we don't have the room key, need to ask for a help everytime we need to enter the room. 3. The pool is not as big as in the picture 4. the location is far from anywhere, need to walk around 15-20 minutes to get the Discovery mall, also there is hard to find any restorant nearby except for Ayam Betutu Pak Man (that is not nice). air condition not very cold. don't book the deluxe rooms. For a bit more, it's better to stay in the Superior rooms. I was disappointed and couldn't change any more. Last stay I had the Superiors and it is such a big difference. * Lots of street noise. Deluxe room? Air con broke down, fridge didn't work, key card did not work, had trouble with room safe, shower head spray too fine, no bathroom towells in room. And we had to ask to have our room cleaned, what kind of service is that for an undeserved four star rating on a tired worn out hotel that leaked everywhere when it rained. Dirty room Smelled like cigarette smoke in the room Buffet had limited choices. The room not clean enough and cigaret smell. My son was injured day two because of the broken tiles in the swimming pool and was unable to swim or walk for the entire trip. His first overseas vacation ruined by poor facilities. Bad maintenance, toilet seat broken and not fixed for the 7 days we were there. The hotel needs general maintenance, rooms very run down, towels well used and grey. No fridge in room. Balcony was not swept for 7 days Food and massages too expensive. Definately only 3 star if that.
