The staff was very helpful. The car and driver provided were excellent, Didn't need a guide, driver knowledgeable. Staff was very friendly and professional, food was ok. Devali fire works and dinner were really nice and cool. Staff are so polite and helpful.Also Food is very delicius. Bathrooms could be renovated. the hotel a bit old. My auto vehicle was not allowed to go up to reception area where lauggage is X-rayed.
