Based on ither reviews we didnt expect much, but it was actually really good. Probably wouldnt give it 5 stars, but still very nice considering the price. Spacious rooms,great pool, rich breakfast, quiet location, the mall right at the entrance, the staff was helpful. Overall we were very happy to stay here. The rooms were big, comfortable and clean. Friendly staff, good breakfast and the restaurant food was also very good. Would recommend this hotel and surely would like to stay again.
all reviews » Good location beside a Shopping mall with Mc donalds and cafes, great room always clean, very comfortable, its like an oasis in Varanasi. Breakfast was great, staff was kind and helpful, room was clean and comfortable. I also liked the calm music in the lobby. Friendly staff Good food Good price Good location. Garden,rooms and local position are good. all I explained. The room was absolutely perfect. Very neat and clean. The house keeping staff has done a perfect job. Good quality of food and service in tadka restaurant. Size of room. Staff, breakfast, location. Um sitio razoável!. The staff eas kind. The room. clear. I didn't like it at all. Paid Internet only in lobby, construction going around the hotel. No comments. They include at least a 20% to 25% taxes. Very expensive even on low seasson. Wi fi is so expencive and hotel travel desk cabs %200 expencive for the other cabs. Tv satellite was not working for 2 nights. nothing to comment. Very expensive. Not at all value for money. Noise from neighbouring room, specially the toilet flush very disturbing. May be the walls are very thin. Too expensive for two tier city like Varanasi. Poor response from front office staff. No wifi in the rooms Dirty bed sheets (however all bed stuffs were changed when we complained about it). I was a dis functioning property. It's tv didn't work for 5 days it is not peaceful. The hotel caters to weddings it was noisy. The Internet was spotty at best. It's far from a 5 star. Buyer beware. Very disorganized . The staff were pushy. Example of the Bell boy Umresh I believe his name is. We arrived at the hotel, we only had hand luggage so I was happy to carry my bag. He said and I quote, " It will be more convenient for me to take your bag". With all due respect I don't care what is convenient for the hotel, I pay for my comfort. tv didn't work and when I requested staff to fix this problem they just said me that it is outside problem, But in 5 stars hotel tv must work. Noisy becasue of wedding ceremony everyday. Although it is rated as a five-star hotel, it is not. The room carpeted floor was dirty/grimy. The white towels looked beige and worn out. The breakfast was horrible. The travel agent inside of hotel overcharged the tour packages (3200 rupees for the ghat tour. Radisson Hotel charged only1200 rupees for the same tour.). I ordered the same dish two days in a row and they charged different prices and used taxes for it. I don't recommend this hotel to anybody. It was my worst experiencie in my honey Moon in India.
