  Staff - in every function - is extremely polite and helpfull. The Italian restaurant - within the Hotel - is SUPERB and so is its staff - The environment and the kindness of all the people there especially Ms Noha in the restaurant - very nice and professional waitress.

  Excellent hotel inside, outside is not good but then nowhere outside in Delhi is very good. Don't be put off by the outside appearence of the hotel--when you go inside it's a transformation. All the hotel food was 'safe'. All the restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. Good bar with very very friendly staff. The music in - Business room was a good size (HUGE bed!) and with fridge & safe in the room. Breakfast was a good mix of Western & local dishes. Freshly made omelettes were delicious. Staff friendly, efficient & helpful. Security on the door was a positive. Location was good too - close to Connaught Place & good for getting our bearings in New Delhi. It's also not too far from Old Delhi. It's also close to a key metro station.

  The hotel is situated about two minutes walk from Khan Market in central New Delhi, which is really good. It also serves as a good starting point for going (by car) to other parts of New Delhi.   My wife and I were overwhelmed by our stay at New Dehli Radisson Blu. From the first contact to the last contact - from the airport chauffeur right through to the chauffeur who dropped us off we felt very secure and everyone was very professional in their jobs. We could not possibly have wished for more from any of the staff. We were simply overwhelmed by the prof - Excellent hotel close to the airport. Complementary airport shuttle, Wi-Fi, Breakfast and even Bottled Water which is a rarity amongst 5* hotels in New Delhi. Thai restaurant is simply superb – probably the best Thai food I have had. Rooms are very nice. Outdoor pool area is very relaxing. A couple of nice bar/lounge areas. Really can’t fault this hotel, will definitely return.
