The service levels were excellent. Friendly and very helpful staff. It was my first visit to India and the advice given on where to shop (wedding clothes) and general assistance was outstanding. Special mention must be made of the staff at the Blue Bar. Rahul Sharma and Ravikant Chauhan are an absolute asset to the establishment. I was incredibly impressed and would not hesitate to refer the hotel to anyone. I will be staying at Taj Palace again when I return next year.
