Super excellent luxury hotel on Juhu beach. Close to high end shopping. The Lotus restaurant overlooks the Arabian Sea and the Buffett for both breakfast and dinner were excellent value for money. The staff were brilliant and we received a personalised greeting at 2 am! This will remain our preferred abode of stay whenever we come to Mumbai. Breakfast Buffet is fantastic .Live music in the mornings is lovely.The lobby is vast ,stunning.Beach view .Great service.Very Friendly.Our favourite hotel ever.Very professional staff.Beds are extremely comfortable.We go every year!!.
all reviews » Very very nice hotel, has a very very beautiful garden and swimming pool. Has swimming pool for children sepcially. Has access to the beach from the back door of the hotel. The sea is just 100 meter's away. So nice view!. Staff at Lotus Cafe. A very special word to the manager Gilles Pereira all the team. We can say all staff very good and very well prepared. The response on service also to be noted. I would like to thanks your cheff Mr.Stanley and crew who taken care of me by giving a spl toddy on morning breakfast table.It cured my throat soar and made my stay easy. the service the warmth the ambience was excellent.... I would stay there any day ...it's well worth the money couldn't ask for better. Excellent hospital, Sue chefs were amazing, one of the best views from Lotus Cafe, lovely pool side. They are taking an immediate action when I was complaining regarding all insects around the food, they are invited us free of change for the lunch. Really professional and responsible . The main person in charge poonam --did her best to help me , as it was my birthday blast ...so I thank her as she was the only person helpful & manage to do stuff for me. Every thing was excellent. Food was excellent. We would struggle to put anything in this section. There should be a kids club and activities. There is just a toddlers room and they have started charging very much per hour, so you basically cannot use it anymore. The hotel is expensive enough, and kids club should have activities and reasonably charged,or be inclusive. Security can be a little OTT. The rooms looked a bit old. The hotel was a bit over priced. The common area was always very cold. May it be the lobby or the restaurants, it was better to stay outdoors or in the rooms. When you check in you have at least six staff hovering and you feel obligated to tip all, They need to train there staff better in this regard , you don't mend tipping but this is excessive and intruding. Nothing I could say at present. They should keep spare chargers for phones. to many insects near the food when we are taking our breakfast. Sadly speaking I had planned a luxurious relaxing trip... Wanted separate beds ? wanted a tub ? ....but for everything I had to ask for it ...half my valuable time went in requesting shifting from here to there. But the rate price per night is high & no benefit of stay no complimentary night overall experience was very good. Hotel ia still under construction and one evening I had the surprise to see a rat near seiming pool.
