I liked the staff as very helpful . they provided me with an early checkin . Good location . There wasa wedding most night which I loved as fun to watch all the festivities and gorgeous clothes they all wore. Great location, at the middle of Juhu, facing the Arabian Sea, spacious, clean rooms, nice beach-facing pool with sitting arrangements. Sea Princess was perfect. Over all hotel is very good in all sense but I liked the ghazal at night I enjoyed it more and also reception was very co operative and respective.

Reliable internet connection, nice restaurant options, good value for money. All in all, I would stay here again. A dessent hotel with luxurious amenitie¤ most recommendable to other visitors. The room, pool and the beach view. But it was not easy to get to the beach. Friendly people, beach view, nice massage, good clean rooms. Good restaurant ,, nice staff very helpful ,,. Food was OK. Restaurang had good food and the pool was nice.Hotell pick-up from airport is great. The beach is not for sunbathing if anyone mught think that. Its a local beach. even swimming in the pool you feel like you have a thousand eyes watching but thats India !!. Everything was good :). gym section is small and not advance. Communication with the reception staff was quite poor. Sometimes they promised us something, but when we asked again new peoples were even not informed about. It was annoying to clarify the WiFI is free, even it was clearly mentioned in booking confirmation. Some staff in Restaurants and Bar have some difficulties speaking English. The manager would not match the letsbookhotel.com price so I had to check in and out two days in a row which took over an hour. They also did not want to agree to the free internet that is in Booking .com. They said it was a mistake on booking .com. Tried to make me pay for internet when on letsbookhotel.com it said it was free. wanted to stay another night but wanted to charge me more then on Booking so I went back to the room to book another night. Took over an hour to check me out and in again. Our Room 514 was having a door for another room, the old lady in another room, was talking upto 2 Oclock in night every day with loud voice. All actiivities in the wash room could be heard. Will never recoommned to stay in this room or similar room. The price on letsbookhotel.com was higher than the counter offer, also we lost the discount on food and WIFI as we booked through letsbookhotel.com will never book through you , will call hotel directly. Front desk staff To be improved. Lousy breakfast .... Fussy wireless and keep having to put in password. Guys please listen business people need WiFi and don't be stingy and charge for it. Bit like 70's where private bathrooms cost extra. Many hotels now give you WiFi like they give you a toilet and shower and a bed and charging point for your phone all included. some of the staff and the way the billing is done. the staff could be a bit more friendly and welcoming. Payment required at arrival (this is not usual, especially at 5 stars). Rooms are quite expensive, internet not included in the price of the room. In hotel information it says that the hotel has a club but when I went there they said it's in renovation since 1 year. This is not fair you are giving false information about the hotel. I did not like the staff in this hotellet.Personal was ignoring and appeared not hospitable and professional, Location of the hotel is worthless if you want go to the city as it takes forever to go, but close to the airport which meant a lot to me.
