Close to airport. The pick and drop you as well to the airport. The owner and staff are helpfull and friendly. The room was clean and the hotel is in a quiet street so you don't hear Mumbai madness. Accessibility to the terminals at Bombay airport was great, perfect for later international arrival with domestic departure next day. good food and quick room service, quiet, friendly and helpful people, (hot water in bathroom).

Nothing expect that they have picked me up from the airport, however, I have been asked in a pigging manner for a good tip not just any tip. Which ends up with paying the shuttle in both ways. nothing .horrible place and location. Phew !! Don't even ask please.... Nothing comes to mind. WIFI did not work properly. location. hotel is a bit old fashioned. Location which is little away from the main road & it is old hotel. interiors very and smelly needs immediate renovation. It was a rat in hotel cafe, walking like is it an owner of this place. I was extremely shocked to see it in a place, where I was waiting my breakfast!!!. The room was not clean, we could have much more for our money and there was a bar, just beneath our window playing music really loud all night long. Furthermore, being in the muslim neighborhood, there was the prayers at 6 oclock in the morning. I do not recommend this hotel. They had us waiting for our room in their dining area, the place was dirty and smelly. Everything claimed free, I had to bay for it The room was so rotten, smells very bad, The money value compared to very close hotel is too much. Not a place to stop at all . A nightmare ! letsbookhotel.com seriously needs to look at it's hotel listings !. It is MUCH worse in life than on photos provided on the sites. I saw a huge rat running in the lounge of the hotel! Linen provided was a bit wet. Even if you just need to spend 1 night in Mumbai before your flight, dont go for this hotel. The staff were rude, the room was dirty and below standard for the price.
