very clean, modern and comfortable hotel. Nice food.- and the breakfast staff were especially good. Good bathroom showers and comfortable beds. Great location too. Nice to have several shops and some entertainment to view in the hotel at night. Pool bar and restaurant was a nice change. V useful to have driver accommodation in the hotel complex at no extra charge. Really nice western standard luxury hotel. We did get upgraded to a business class room so it was even nicer. The value for money was really great. Since it's so close to the Taj Mahal, you can just walk there. The restaurant has a wide selection on the buffet. The pool is also quite nice.
all reviews » The staff were very helpful and the room was great with a nice view. Room service was good as was the free wifi. They were also flexible with a shortening of stay only three days before checkin. Shower had loads of hot water and nice amenities. Liked everything! Highly recommended! Rooms are new, fresh, spacious. Breakfast has excellent selection. Grill bar by thr pool serves rtasty food. Aroma massage was exquisite! 15min walk from Taj Mahal, ticket place is on the way. We liked the design features, plants and flowers, water features, spaciousness, swimming pool and spa and the Finnish authentic sauna. Food was good with plenty of choice. Not far from the Taj Mahal.Facilities were good. The hotel has convenient location to the Taj Mahal. Very nice, modern rooms. The reception staff were helpful and friendly, but what impressed us the most was the excellent service and food at the Latitude restaurant. Clean and modern, the 'Sports Bar' was lively as it played rave music (not normally my style but it actually created a good atmosphere - fine for a few hours!). Found the décor/colours of the hotel reception area and the coffee shop cold and unwelcoming. Also, the chairs in the coffee shop were uncomfortable. The beds were too soft. Member of staff came to our room to sort out the WiFi (which turned out to be working anyway) and was it a bit awkward to get him to leave because we didn't give him a tip (as he didn't actually do anything). Buffet was pricy. That we stayed only one night... I strongly recommed 2nts - but then Agra as a city is in a deplorable state - hence if its only the Taj n Agra Fort, one day is enough!. Swimming pool was small and crowded all day with children playing volleyball. Resturant was not up to 5 star and did not have continental food. Cuisine is not exiting. Especially if you will have an Indian dinner you have to eat a complete menu. You can only choose between vegetarian and non-vegetarian. Breakfast is also in other Radisson Hotels better. None. Location is good with respect to taj mahal but not from the rest. Nothing to see/do around the hotel. Price of wine. Excessive Transport to local sites. Bus with blue arm chairs too old. Nothing. hotel should also have breakfast in room package. N.a.p. Food/Restaurant is more expensive. Services not appropriate for a 5*. We asked 4 times the room service to have some water at 10pm; we have been waiting for 40 minutes to print 2 pages (the computer did not work and we have been waiting the IT guy for 30 minutes); we could not have an infusion different from a tea in the evening, in the whole hotel. The inner restaurant is pricey and barely decent, with a very bad service (long and not attentive at all). Given that it is located so closely to the Taj Mahal you would expect that the staff would advise you that you need to get tickets in advance but unfortunately not. The breakfast buffet was awful and not what you would expect from a 5 star hotel. There was no shower gel in the bathroom and even though they offer a pillow menu, when we asked they didn't have any pillows available. Need to improve tea and coffee quality. The floor in spa was sticky with accumulated layers of oil. The swimming pool side bar was not good in service. & where were the 5 dining options? View from rooms is so disappointing.
