the staff were very helpful n efficient. location was excellent. the morning buffet spread was very expansive too. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The hotel is well connected with metro, bus and trams and commuting was easy. The geographical place in B.lesuire facilites. the hotel offered the quality and facilities that I expected and it is centrally situated. Pleasant lobby, bar area, breakfast. hotel staff. Staff was very polite, the hotel location is fine. - well located near city center. - public transport (metro, tram etc.) is easily reachable. In general the staff were very efficient, but it seemed a tad bit lax in the b'fast buffet. Also the room ceilings were very low and made a good sized room look cramped. The staff was not well versed with English.Breakfast rather expensive. No. high price for facilites which are not worth that much. The WiFi didn't work for more than a day . The AC was too noisy. - average breakfast.
