Wonderful Place! I noticed that they take all the review comments seriously and make immediate improvements. Some one commented that there was no soap in the bathroom. We we checked in there was so they took this customers response seriously. It is an apartment and not a hotel so you feel so much at home. I wanted to stay for few more days. all reviews » Aparment on Raday street is right in the centre, perfectly walkable to all sights and atractions. It has own fully equipped kitchen with couple of glasses. mugs. plates, pots, pans, cutlerry, microwave, kettle etc. Next room has two tables, tv, sofa. There is also great mezzanine with a double bed. Remember, there is no reception, you get your own keys and it feels like having own flat in the centre of Budapest :) Wifi is also works well. Raday street is full of restaurants, bars and there are . Some lights didn't work and were replaced straight away! Very friendly and helpful staff, they brought us maps of the city and explained very well what to do and what to watch out for. No problems at all. Location of the studio was amazing! Lots of restaurants, but no noise at night. A special thanks to Gyuri for helping us so good!!. We had a really nice time at Jimi Hendrix. We were staying in the studio in Raday street, which was filled with pubs and restaurants. Also, the location was excellent for sightseeing and there was a metro/tram stop just a few minutes away. Good location, the pick-up taxi service to and from the airport is very good, big rooms and big kitchen. - Great deal: for 20€ / night you rent a whole appartment, with a big dining room and dormitory, your own kitchen and bathroom. Everything else was great. A bit dusty, but no more than my own home ;-) There wasn't any soap, but the shop is less than 100m from the front door. So this wasn't a problem, really. The glass walls in the shower leaked water everywhere and we had to make sure the water didn't splash too much around, otherwise, we would have had water on the whole bathroom floor. Also, the drain in the shower was broken and didn't sit right so we had to avoid stepping on it. Nothing!. Internet connection was a bit slow but there are so many things to do in Budapest that we didn't had time to use it. Everything was fine. internet was ok on the first day but on the the next day it was too slow. None. Cleanliness is not perfect.Old furnitures. The breakfast can improve. From 8 o'clock in the morning. More variaity in bread, small, slices and small bread. brown and white. Fruit, yogurt, an egg etc. No free parking - very expensive in the area (1,5 EUR/hour). Breakfast is a joke, better without (2 slices of cheese, 2 buns and 1/2 glass of orange juice). However, good quality of accommodation for the price paid. floor was clean, but we had spiders in the corners. little breakfast. The sheets was really dirty (hair all over it), there were no basic bathroom amenities (shampoo, soap...), dirty all over there. - The first night we were told that the appartment was not available, so we were lodged in a room in another hostel, which was a single room (no kitchen). Thus we had to expend extra for meals and some food we had brought was spoilt. - There is no cleaning stuff: no broom, scrubber or detergents for the sink and dishes. You have either to buy or bring them. Not satisfied by the cleaning of the flat. There was no such a thing as sound isolation. It looked like a big flat divided into 3 studio flats. You can hear even if your neighbour breath in or out. Most of the lights in bathroom didn't work so it was a little dark.The TV didn't work, specifically there was no signal even though all the equipments were properly plagged in. Or maybe I didn't figure it out :). Also I was suprised about the way the breakfest was being served. I expected something else. Despite all my objections my friend and I were satisfied we only needed a place to sleep over. We did not stop in the main residence but in another suite 10 mins walk away. Although spacious with a kitchen downstairs and a bedroom with seperate bathroom on the first floor, the hygiene standards were poor. (tobacco on the floor and chewing gum on the bed). Its a shame because the price was very resonable. the floor was very dusty and it makes noise on every step. It has a smell of a very old place. breakfast.
