The silence and quietness of the place, even in the week-end. The personal was very kind and attentive. I could rest in peace and even work on my computer without being disturbed. It was really good. The staff was very helpful and nice, the hotel was clean and quite despite the reconstructions of the nearby square, breakfast included was excellent.It is centraly located, the breakfast is fantastic and the hotel staff very accomodating.

Actually wasn't too much of a problem though. the area around the hotel is not as secure as expected. Unfortunately the construction work in front of the hotel detracted fromour stay there. However, whenever this is completed it will be a goodchoice of hotel.......it will be a few years before that happens though. Do not use there laundry services. Could be noisy when the window was open and people were standing smoking and talking loudly. it was not the fault of the hotel, however, some stupid young guys who played with the fire extinger around 2 am, therefore we had to stand a false fire alarm. There was too much noise from other guests, both inside and outside, during the night. Although close to railway station, was a little too far from city centre. Breakfast and I could hear the ones living next door. Too much noise in the morning. We got awaken at 6am by a group of men talking out loud and laughing at the reception. It happened twice at the same time.There was a constructions work just outside the hotel for the new metro, that started at 7 am. the bath towel a little dirty. no bar. No knowing of the construction directly in front of the Hotel was a huge negative point. Also the entrance is not located under the main sign and is not so visible to easily find.The room looked a bit shabby. It was clean and nice but still one expects a bit more from the 3 stars' hotel. Construction work inside and outside the hotel. Air conditioning did not work, too much noise in the early hours of the morning.
