We stayed in the room with the harbour view and loved it. We were cellebreting our wedding anniversary and the hotel made us feel really special. They offered me flowers when I got to the hotel and the next day when we got back in the evening there were champagne and chocolate with a card signed for all the staff. Very kind ! All the staff has an exceptional attention to the guests, always aware of everything ir order to helping the guests. Next time in HK we'll definetly stay at Shangri-La. Pe

The room is spacious and the bath room is huge with separate bath tub and shower. The water flow in the shower is very strong and very good, consistently warm temperature without any shocking cold water interrupted. The twin bed is big enough for me to share with my 5 years old daughter. Our stay was very comfortable and we would stay there again.

Very much above average for this area - lovely clean fresh bedlinen and towels, toiletries supplied, no 'musty' smell in room or bathroom - unusual for Chung King hostels - everything worked and the staff are efficient, pleasant and helpful. Outstanding value for money in Hong Kong if you are willing to brave the surroundings! I will definitely be returning.
