  Fantastic service, luxurious, everything was wonderfu - Zeffirino restaurant on the 31st floor, which interestingly the staff don't actively recommend, is great, not too pricy! The hotel is great value for money being on the Island.

  I visit my family in HK 3 times a year and have stayed in many hotels in HK. I stayed 6 nights this time. Crowne Plaza offered one of the most spacious rooms I have stayed in with excellent bedding including a choice of pillows!!! a must for a comfortable stay. I used Cielo restaurant - 47th floor - twice and would highly recommend their antipasti selection. On the 31st floor there is an excellent op - I haver never stayed at a hotel where the staff are so good. The service was fantastic!! The room was also amazing. (I highly recommend to upgrade to club level as the benefits are never ending. Free breakfast, internet, drinks, evening food, afternoon tea.... Just fabulous)

  It was a special occasion for me and my partner. I had organised a cake and champagne to be sent to the room at a certain time and expected me to be there. I was running late, and the staff held back sending the things up, but sent it up as soon as they saw me arriving back.
