Ενα απο τα καλύτερα ξενοδοχεία που έχουμε επισκεφτεί! Βρίσκεται στο κέντρο της πόλης, μόλις 2 λεπτά απο την πλατεία Αριστοτέλους και παρέχει όλες τις ανέσεις ενός πολυτελούς ξενοδοχείου. Με όσο προσωπικό είχαμε επαφή ήταν ευγενικότατοι και πρόθυμοι να μας εξυπηρετήσουν. Αξιοσημείωτη είναι η χρήση νέων τεχνολογιών που χρησιμοποιεί το ξενοδοχείο αντί των συνηθισμένων πλαστικοποιημένων ανακοινώσεων που τοποθετούνται έξω απο τις πόρτες των δωματίων. Αξίζει επίσης να αναφερθεί και η ασφάλεια που νοι.
all reviews » Best hotel I have ever stayed at. Extremely friendly and patient staff. Very clean. Perfect location for everything you want to do. 1 block away from Aristotelous Square, Lefko Pirgo (white tower), Ladadika (Restaurants). 2 blocks away from shopping (Louis Vuitton, Prada, etc.). The breakfast buffet is amazing. The soaps in the room amazing. They even give you a bottle of wine upon arrival and daily sweets in your room. I never waste my time giving reviews but this place deserves it. The location is perfect. It is a relatively small luxurious hotel. The personnel is very helpful, friendly and courteous. The decoration is new and minimalist;the style we like. The room service is very good. I asked for a champagne and cake for my wife's birthday. It was well organised. There is always a welcome wine a fruit or a sweet waiting for you when you come back to your room in the evenings. The breakfast is good. The bistro/cafe is also very good. The hotel was well equiped. It is an old building but renovated perfectly and this make it more atractive and unic. Staff were very friendly and gave to us all the information needed for the hotel, cily, shopping etc. The restaurant of the hotel was perfect. We had delitious dishes there. Highly professional staff and hearty. Helped me in getting tickets to a show even before I got to the hotel. The location, design, breakfast and the rest were complete satisfaction. No where to hang the towels when showering. air conditioner was not turned on before we arrived so room was a bit too hot at the moment of our entrance. Nothing....!!. a bit narrow room however with very good view, breakfast although good could be better. No swimming pool. The breakfast refill takes quite a lot of time. Nothing. Running out of hot water in the shower. jr suite is a bit of and overstatement..quirky uncomfortable shower stall arrangement opposite the bathroom very akward.. Rooms on 4th floor are a bit noisy early in the morning due to breakfast preparations on the above 5th floor. View from balcony was deserted buldings , not so cool. The is no spa in the hotel. You must go to the other hotel located opposite side of the street. But still there are no swimming pool and gym is very small.
