Everything was great. It was only tri star hotel buth with perfect services. If to ever go to Thessaloniki again i would choose plaza for sure. Nice quiet location, clean room, perfect for a short stay....the rooms are very comfortable and they have their own style. The view from the room.The staff was extremely nice and upgraded our room for free, becausethey had a suite available. The suite was great with couches and aJacuzzi tub. The breakfast was the best I have had while in Greece. Iwould reccommend this hotel to any travelers!.

Air condition being too noisy and also noisy clubs next to the hotel.Next to the hotel there was a disco club with loud music until 7 a.m. Although we stayed at a room on the highest floor we were woken up by that noise - I could not imagine to have a room lower, it would have been impossible even to fall asleep. Parking is 400 metres from the hotel and it´s not possible to come with the car to the entry door even for a minute to (un)load the luggage. the price. The building of the hotel, facing the road should be repainted, looks ugly from outside. Seemed like an great area for restaurants and bars etc but then incredibly noisy until 3 in the morning due to a nearby disco. Also hot (in April and May) but unable to unopen windows because of noise and air-conditioning turned off..The addition of a few artworks does not hide the dated hotel beneath. Breakfast consisted of cheap bland cereals, processed sausage and no fresh juice - very poor. There was a jacuzzi tub in the bathroom. It didn't work well and it stunk when you turned it on. Obviously we turned it off. The room smelled like smoke but I imagine all hotel rooms in Greece do.Very much noise from the clubs round the hotel ,couldnt sleep all nigth. Noise from night clubs until 6am at the back of the hotel was very bad. We could not sleep and it was an uncomfortable stay. Staff at hotel did not want to know"All our rooms are quiet" " Are you sure you closed your window" I had asked for a quiet room when booking. When we arrived they said " All their rooms were quiet". breakfast was poor. Very hot rooms, impossible to stay at summer time without the constant noise of the air-condition. Orange curtains that protect from the ugly view of the opposite storehouse building, but make it impossible for the sun-light to get in, and for the visitor to enjoy daylight in a sunny country.room was poor. Have at least some nonsmoking rooms and a complete smoke free restaurant.the bathroom was very dirty, the room was poor, very noisy neighbourhood, coffe was not to good. Wc,decor,comfort. awful! we moved after one night. other options in the city for 5 euros more and 5 star! the Plaza Art hotel stinks of smoke, even the rooms and looks into another building. the man at reception was miserable and when we left our alarm clock when we left the room, it disappeared. someone must have taken it or the cleaner just didn't bother to hand it in to reception.
