The staff were fabulous in every respect: helpful, friendly and very proactive, they couldn't do enough for us. The location was was perfect. Excellent value for money. The hotel staff is very kindhearted and the location is wonderful. I'd like to stay here again.Friendly and accomodating service. Friendly. It was very noisy with other guests, we did complain to theowner and we were told to shout back at the people making the noise, wedid not have a window in our room which was not mentioned on your website, the breakfast consisted of 2 small pieces of dry bread and a stalecroissant served with a small cup of coffee. The whole stay was notsatisfactory and we think very overpriced. The pillows! And the shower leaked.It would have been good to have fridge in the room. It was not easy to find or get to with our luggage.Breakfast was minimal, just croissants and coffee/tea. Sometimes the sheets and towels were nice and soft, but other times they were a little stiff and scratchy. Also the bed could have been softer. Occasionally we were woken up by visitors in other rooms returning late at night, but the staff took care of this once we mentioned it to them... overall I'd say it was a great place to stay. Breakfast was a bit too small. bathroom neeeding attention, blocked sink and broken toilet seat, towels a bit hard and needing a few extra touches in the bedroom. Expensive for its quality. Too noisy.I've hated this place! I will never be there again and won't recommend. The bed was too uncomfortable, the bathroom is too small and the towels... my God! I'd be ashamed of offering these kind of towels for people who are paying (and not few). the price was to expensive for a room without window.
