Eva, the hostess is a wonderfully friendly and helpful person. We didn't arrive until midnight, she left us a welcome note and instructions about the key. She went so far as to make us a take-away breakfast when we had to leave to catch the midnight ferry. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is meticulously clean, and the beds are the softest I've experienced in Greece so far. The pool area is as good as any luxury hotel, and the outdoor gardens are lovely.

  This is a fantastic boutique hotel located at the highest point of the caldera with breathtaking views - the best in Santorini. Position perfect it is just a few minutes walk to the shops and cafes of FIra yet away from the noise. Everything was perfect.   The lady that ran the hotel was lovely, and extremely helpful. The room was spacious and clean. A sort of family-run feel for such a big hotel. If I came back to Athens, I'd definitely stay here again. - The rooms were beautiful and very close to Fira, less than 10 minute walk. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

  We stayed at Aigialos in the Voreas house for one night in July, and wished we could have stayed for longer. The view from our balcony was stunning, the house itself was beautifully furnished in a traditional fashion, with two bedrooms, two (small) bathrooms, a kitchenette and a living area. We overlooked the oldest church in Santorini and the house itself was part of the monas - A truly very nice hotel, where we enjoyed a lot our stay. I have read the reviews before booking but honestly the reality was even better.. We have been upgraded with a very fair amount of money and Yowakim and Nicolas were amazing helpful people there! Loveliest breakfast with an outstanding view (specially if u are I the upper levels of the hotel) Amazingly located in Fira.

We were greeted by Mary at the top steps and led down to the terrace where there were drinks waiting. She told us to relax and enjoy the view- it was breathtaking. A shuttle is available but get a car and explore Santorini for all it has to offer. Petite palace is a perfect distance from Fira and the car rental comes to you.   A fantastic hotel runs by a fantastic family. We were there for 4 nights with 3 teenagers. The children slept in an apartment-loft while my husband and I were in the windmill: very romantic and lovely. The pool area is wonderful, with nice sunbeds. A little walk to Fira centrum (15 mn) uphills... sweaty in the middle of the day but nice at night.... what people say » With a car or a ATV, it is easy to reach Oia (north) or Perivolos (south). From the pool area, turn around an be charmed by the beautiful view over F - The staff is wonderful and do all they can to accomodate their guests. They arranged for a rental car at a good price. The road is not heavily travelled by motorists but is a bit dark so preferable to bring a flashligh
