Fira Town, sitting on the cliff top above the edge of the volcano, with its white houses and old pebbled, winding streets, boasts magnificent views out to the sea. 500 steps or the traditional donkey ride, leads to the city’s old port.

1. They picked us up from the port and send us to the airport, which was very convenient 2. The staff was quite nice. The boss was very helpful in helping us and giving us good travel information. 3. The room was very very clean, though it might not be so new 4. It was cheap to stay there... Or maybe because it was not a peak season at that time... 5. The location is good: near shops and bus station and the beautiful sunset street.

Owner welcoming and friendly, lovely little hotel with good rooms well maintained and each decorately differently. Small continental breakfast, but lovely. Nice little roof top terrace with loungers and seating with good views. For the price which included pick up from airport and transfer to port a little gem. The location is great if one wants to stay in the main city center.the bus terminus and the old port is a 5-10 min walk. It was very nice of them to pick us up and drop us back from the harbour where our ferry from greece arrived. It is also possible to get tickets from them for boat rides around the volcano and the caldera. We were very satisfied with this boat trip too. My husband and I were impressed by the very warm welcome and friendliness of the owners. Moreover, the situation of the hotel was excellent, so central and yet away from any noise or car pollution. Two or three tv Greek programs are on the tv set only, but it was not so need of in the Santorini trip. You can overhear everything outside your room... The pool was in the shadow most of the day so it was too cold to enter (September). poor wifi connection. The Shower, there is no holder, but the type is the same everywhere in Greece. The price on the website was not the same as the price we paid!!. There was a difference of about 20 Euros in total. We arrived at the hotel after midnight by shuttle.service. It was great to send shuttle for us, but we were given a dormitory room with 4 beds next to swimming pool instead of a double room with balcony that they stated on the booking dot com. We could not change the room since there was no one at reception, and moved to a new room next day. And moreover the hotel staff didn't explain or apoligize though. ξενοδοχειο χαλια μπαλκονι δεν υπηρχε πρωινο χαλια δωματιο φυλακη.
