Friendly-kind-helpfull staff (the best of all hotels I ever visited), nice-very clean hotel, breathtaking view, best location in Fira. spacious room and balcony. Location is great and the entire hotel staff is excellent - very friendly, helpful, accomodating, and very courteous - very very professional indeed.
