Extremely helpful and friendly staffs (always with a smile), our room is spotless and neat, the bed is comfortable. Spacious shower space and good water pressure. House keeping was super fast (we spent an hour for breakfast at the lobby, the room was cleaned within the hour). Parking is eur 12.00 per day, which is reasonable (compared to other parking places in the city center). The hotel is only 15 mins walk away to the city center or you can take the tram, which is 5 mins away. Would definite.
all reviews » This hotel was pleasant surprise. Reasonably priced, it did not bring any negative surprises. Everything was correct, room was clean, comfortable, equipped with a good tv set. Breakfast was good, with large choice. Location is not downtown but quite near and access is made easy by public transportation (which was not so great, but that was occasional and not hotel’s fault). The idea I keep from this hotel is the one of a well tuned machine, where things go smoothly because it was conceived prof. It is a very nice and convenient hotel. Breakfast was very good. I was in Munich at the meeting but I could enjoy the city and countryside like the Neuschwanstein Castle. There is a central station not far from the hotel. You can go for a walk or use transport if you like. There is a good parking in the hotel. Funky decoration and interior design of really good taste. Generally the hotel is pretty cool and has a youthful and funky concept/character. Particularly nice that you could literally sit anywhere in the reception area for breakfast. Gives a nice feeling of togetherness. Overall. Nice!. Fast check-in, impressively clean hotel, very quiet, free fast wifi everywhere, air conditioning that was silent, curtains that closed properly for a dark room, view over Munich, close proximity to underground. Breakfast was busy but well managed. The attention from the Hotel personnel is outstanding. Breakfast was absolutely great and with a big variety. The location was perfect for city seeightseeing, cause the metro is just around the corner and also many things are by walking distance. Being a big hotel, there might be some waiting time on the elevators at breakfast time. All I can think of is no soap provided, just shower gel (I'd brought my own anyway so no issue for me). A hotel is good if that's the only problem!. There was no soap in the bathroom, only a small bottle of combined shower gel/shampoo. Lounge bar without music playing is a big no-no. Also, parking is quite expensive (6euros/day outside [payed to the Munich municipality] but 12euros/day in the Motel One underground parking). Also, Sunday morning was quite busy and it felt like the hotel's restaurant did not have the capacity to take care of all these hungry guests trying to have breakfast in the same time... Room a bit too small. For my needs, nothing. rooms not very spacious, but enough for a short trip. There was always trouble to get space for breakfast, but there was plenty of food available once we got seated. 1 person make up of the room while we were with 2p. The moment you notice (1p blanket when you want to go to bed ; 1 towel when you are finished with showering), it is too late. Hotel cleaning staff told us we couldn't sit in the bar/breakfast area one morning, as they were trying to clean it and packed all the furniture up around us. No tea or coffee making facilities in the bedrooms. room a bit too small, there is no a wardrobe in the room. Wi-Fi connection was not totally stable, and could not work as I planned. Also my room was 10th floor and 3G connection by phone is neigher enough for working. The size of the room...it's really small. Room is too small and has no phone in it, you can't call the room service or the reception, you have to go down to the reception to rerquest anything. BF was good value for the money. Expensive underground parking. No refrigerator, no soap.
