Staff was exceptionaly helpful and courteous. I would like to commend one yourng gentleman, Routiele, head of staff on the 2nd floor. He was very helpful and went out of his way to be of service. The central location with the S-Bahn-Trainstation directly under the reception of the hotel. Very nice re-decorated rooms.Everything, particularly the location. Friendly staff and very clean and well presented rooms on the Executive Floor. The Executive lounge also had a pleasant atmosphere and was well stocked with drinks etc!.
