Everything. Room was large with a terrace and they served a goodbreakfast. Close to train station and next door was a market. Great location, very close to train station. Great breakfast. We were very pleasantly surprised.The rooms provided were quite new with modern decor. We were placed in the new part of the hotel. The beds were comfortable, a double and single in one room and three single beds in the larger room. All bathroom facillities were in excellent condition. Internet and LCD TV and refrigerator available in the rooms worked well. Breakfast was excellent, staff courteous. Central, only minutes to walk to trains buses and trams. Room, bathroom and facilities clean, comfortable and serviced every day by polite and helpful staff. The breakfast facilities, quantity and quality of food and drink were excellent and freshly prepared by helpful staff. The hotel in general was smart, clean and appealing and also had a lift to all floors. The hotel's position is wonderful for anybody, especially if you travelby train. It is close enough to the Hauptbahnhof for a child of 7 topull along her own luggage from the train to the hotel, with ease. It isalso close to a huge number of tourist attractions like the Marienplatz.Breakfast was super!!!. We were very tired from the transatlantic flight. The room was clean, comfortable and central and met our needs. They have an elevator and the breakfast was good. Staff were friendly and helpful. I was allocated a room situated to the rear of the Hotel which was nice and quiet. I would request this if I stay here again in the future.Room cleaned every day and the staff were very helpfull also the breakfast was very good. walking distance to city centre, availability of parking space,tastefoul breakfast,. It was safe and very accessible. The room also had a good closet complete with hangers and a shelf to put things on. Well I requested what I was told would be a small suite with a doublebed and a day bed. However when I got there I had actually been put inthe penthouse suite... Though still under construction we had a thewhole view of the city to ourselves(from the roof), 2 full bedrooms, aliving room and a den! Also the continental breakfast was great.Clean rooms and clean hotel, breakfast was nice quite a central area 10min walk to the karlsplatz. it is good value for money. This is a city centre hotel on a main street so it was expected to be noisier, but the double glazing significantly reduces outside noise. Tends to be warm as their is no air conditioning, known before we booked, but in August was not unbearable.OK for a City hotel, business or short Holiday. The shower in our room. Both my husband and I are tall and when we moved the shower head up the water trickelled out.The room was smaller than we thought, though the beds were comfortable and the room was very clean. The price for single room should be cheaper.The lobby is so basic, narrow and small it doesn't give you a sense of how nice the rooms are. There are no public areas to speak of but once you are in your room is it great. room size marginal - I wouldn't recommend it for young children. also no communal areas to spill into. Breakfasts could have been a bit more exciting. The menu was exactly the same day after day with limited choice. The only down side to this hotel was the fact that there was no air conditioning. The room got very stuffy during the day and night and needed the windows open for air flow. It was right over the street so when the windows were open, it sounded like you were right in the middle of the traffic. Not too bad if you were tired, but hard for the first nights. You also couldn't leave the room door open.The key didn't work on the first through 10th try. there wasn't air conditionroom in my room. The hotel is in two parts which do not link, so you have to go outside from one part to get to the other - no great problem but a bit chilly. Coffee was really bad at the breakfast...I booked a double room, which consisted of two beds pushed together, rather than a double bed, which was annoying as they kept slipping apart. The room could have a fridge in it, front rooms are soemwhat noisy by traffic and lift is small and narrow making luggage difficult.room is a little small. The re is street noise but we were on the 6th floor so it didn't botherus. The heating wasn't working but we didn't need it. Although it didn'tbother us, if you have young children you do pass a few sex shops on thewalk from the station.location. The restaurant is too small. the bed which was compared by two single beds and the blanket that were narrow. Since there is no air conditioning, a fan in the room would have been a nice touch; also it was a little noisy at night. Room was quite small, no air conditioning and it was very hot in June, lobby pretty unimpressive. Space, The reception was very small and not enough people to helpyou out there. The room was too cold. breakfast limited.Towels seemed a bit dirty.
