Large rooms, great staff great presentation all together in this hotel. Well worth it and close to the train station and city centre. Excellent position near railway station suited us. Price we managed to get on the internet was very very good.everything! the room was big and nice, much better than any other city in europe that i stayed in. Internet should be cheaper.The only negative point (and it's a small, pettty thing), there was only one English speaking TV channel (BBC World). reception and public area is poorly decorated/dusty and a bit claustrophobic. Breakfast was expensive relative to very tempting outdoor alternatives!. The water was not hot enough. We think there may have been a fault withthe mixer tap, however, we didn't report it to the hotel staff.Missed the wifi connection for free. Door stop on the floor in the middle of the room - danger in the evening.I ask for extra pilow, cleaning lady said 2 min but she forgot to bring it. Was only unpleasent thing! Nothing big!. breakfast not included in price. The street was very noisy at all times. They dont have people to serve you to cary your laggage. a little bit pricy. the people checking the minibar they came towise and they opened the room door at the same time they were nocking, so no privacy. internet connection must be free, breakfast must be included in the price, 17 Euro extra P.P. is too expensive. For the price of the hotel it was disappointing that a bottle of water wasn't left in the room each day and breakfast was pricey at 17 euro.breakfast should be included in hotels of this price class. Effort on room cleanliness could be further enhanced.carpet was giving me sneeze......need to be changed or cleaned ina proper way....too much podwer flying around. Just one women in reception she is not kind.We were booking a standard douple room for single use , but they giveus a single room, and I was little angrey, but instead they gave us asuite but it was owful , the standard room is better than what theycall it suite.
