Nice and frendly staff, every time offering help. Suitable location near U-Bahn. Quiet location, easy to find, when coming from south (Salzburg). Parking places in garage. Tiny and like at home restaurant but with everything you need, plenty of food with fruit as well. Warm recommendation for families. Staff was very kind. He did not show any negative feeling when I asked him to change room with bath. Close to subway station. Everything was clean.

Wi-Fi not free and didn't function on 3rd floor....The breakfast was just OK. I missed the little shampoo and conditioner bottles but that seems not common in Germany. The double bed was created through 2 single beds with a hard edge in the middle. The rates during the Oktoberfest are prohibitive but that is so throughout the city.Breakfast may be of different choices through the week. We went for Okotoberfest hence the price of the room was very high. The hotel was not purposly built but is in fact refurbished appartment building.The cleaning staff was turning off our radiator every morning and opening the window to refresh the air in the room. And the room stood like that the whole day: heating off and open window. When we came to the hotel in the evening it was very cold as it was January. It was necessary to complain for 2 times and leave a paper note next to the window to make them close the window after the cleaning.
