  We came way to late, but it was no problem for Mr. Schultz he waited for us till we were there and help us point out where to eat etc. He was very nice. The appartment is a real IKEA appartment, clean and proper. Also we liked the neighborhood and the price was great. - The room was wonderful.   The hotel is absolutely beautifully designed. Each room is unique and has genuinely artistic touches (high ceilings, interesting but not garish paint colors, attractive furnishings). The cafe offers phenomenal coffee and breakfasts, and - I liked the fabulous, outstanding and absolutely unique design of the place, the rooms and the interiors. A concept that I have not seen anywhere else and it should clearly be in architecture and design magazines.   The apartment was very nice, comfortable, and well stocked with everything we needed, although a small microwave oven would have been nice. Also, the manager checked us in late in the evening, and he was very friendly and helpful about how to get around Berlin to see the sites. - Good organised. Good place for a cheap stay.
