The professional people who man the reception desk are great. This includes Jeanine, Ricco, Peggy and a pleasant man with a beard who likes techno music.Everyone was extremely polite, responsive and cheerful about my questions and requests.When I got back to Berlin, I will stay here again. staff at the reception was very friendly, helpful!! the room is very clean, basic but with all is necessary. bathroom was very big and with a bath tub/shower which is very handy. A small TV was nice to have only to help the sleep and a small fridge/minibar was also nice to have.
all reviews » Cannot fault our stay at all! Staff were brilliant, rooms were modern, spacious and clean, the shower was AMAZING! Breakfast was excellent (especially considering the price). Just a short walk from the U-bahn station and only three stops to Alexanderplatz. The location - quiet, just outside the main city, walking distanct to site or right next to transit, right on the berlin wall marker (the hotel is in west berlin and walk out the door and you are in east berlin). Very friendly and helpful staff, comfortable, functional, "non-fussy", very clean and location excellent. Perfect base for exploring the city. Excellent value for money. The room is modern and clean, I like the design very much. The bath room is very big. The heating is working well and the bed is soft. It's quiet at night. Location is great especially near Berlin wall eith some histoeical pictures and documentaries. Additionally the prices of rooms are very reasonable. Modern and clean hotel, excellent staff. When other guests come back to the hotel late it can be quite noisy, but this is the fault of the other guests not the hotel!. First, when I try to check-in, the man at the reception desk just ignore me twice and talk to other guests from EU countries. I don't know why but it makes me feel uncomfortable. Second, the location of the hotel is not good, it's a long way from the metro station to the hotel. Third, the room equipment is very simple, you need to bring everything with you. Tv and hairdryer should be default in the room. No wifi in rooms, only at reception, but hey, more time to sleep. No soap No hair dryer Pillows too soft There's a park nearby and we woke up to the sound of a merry-go-round on Sunday morning! Not the most pleasant thing when you've arrived at the hotel very late the night before. In addition to the beverages, the hotel should offer snacks/sweets at the reception. breakfast can be little bit more good change the sheets after 4 days can be ok, but towel for face and body is too much!. The hairdryer is free but not provided in the room unless you specifically ask for it. check in at 3.00pm. free wifi only in check in. You have to pay for the internet in the room. nothing. No soap for hands in the bathrøøm, no sitting chair in the room, towel only chanced every 4 days, very bad quality of the breakfast menu/buffet, no garage for my car, eventhrough the www.letsbookhotel.com said, there was a garage. Nothing. Maybe missing tv. No hairdryer in the room. Very noisy - trams, transport, human voice. Hotel for young people!. nothing in particular.
