Very nice design. Large and confortable room. Cosy atmosphere. Nice design, good service, rooms were comfortable.Very cosy atmosphere covering the entire hotel. The price is fair. As far as the present price level (room / bar) is retained, this hotel will continue to be a nice place to miss when leaving. The staff were extremely helpful, the bar was comfortable - all in all a well operated and friendly hotel.Good location, great view over the lake. You will need to take a torch however!! When you let "Designers" have their way you need a practical analysis of their ideas. The lighting is very inadequate in the bedrooms and communal areas. You could not read in bed for example - very poor lighting in the bedrooms. It's a really nice hotel ( I went in the Soft Opening Period) but the lighting issues are very serious and need sorting out soon.Parking can be difficult. Not enough staff for check out process. There was a problem with the booking, although it was quickly sorted out.
