Close to the center of Hamburg and close to S and U- Bahn. Rather close to Lidl. Refridgerator and electric kettler in the room. Free coffe in the morning, even if you didn't have breakfast at the hotel. Helpful and nice staff. We had low price on the room - therefore it was well worth the money. During my stay I had the chance to interact with most of the desk/cleaning staff: I found everyone very helpful. Please pass on my apprecition for my stay!!. all reviews »
it was a good location, near to a good selection of shops/restaurants/bars. I liked the lay out of the rooms, and the space, the reception area was welcoming. Location close to subway station, check out done with check in, friendly staff, free internet station. The hotel was very accommodating when we phoned to say we would be late. Very enjoyable stay. Asked not to be disturbed for entire period of sty and this was respected. The Breakfast was a little different with a selection of small plastic sealed cups with small portions of various breakfast food. I would have rather had more of a buffet. No airco, so windows had to stay open which made it noisy.the bathroom smelt a bit of sewage. There was a smell of urine in the shower at times, coming from the outlet pipe. It seemed though, that if the toilet and taps were used regularly, it did not occur.Breakfast arrangements - no restaurant. The breakfast was not included : anyway i think it s expensive.
