Amazing value for money; great location, very friendly staff. the room is ok and the place feels clean and tidy.Excellent location and clean, nice room. Location - hard to get a better place in Hamburg, especially at that price. Perfect access to urban transport.Close to the city centre. The Hotel is located in a Neighbourhood full of Spanish and Portuguese Restaurants, close to Landungsbruken bahn (U and S Bahn ) stops, quiet, and safe place , close anough to the downtown.Free internet is very usefull.Good location, friendly staff, and at a very reasonable price. Good price/quality ratio. In the middle of the Portugese restaurants section of Hamburg city. Possibility for free night parking between 20:00 to 08:00 along the harbour road, just next to the hotel. Outside of these times it's EUR 0,50 per 30 minutes. Parking on the street in front of the hotel is free for maximum 2 hours with the parking card indicating the starting time of parking. Well located near the harbour and tube.accessibility to public transport, airport, and appealing sights around harbor and historical Hamburg. Location not that far from red lights district - if you go to the hotel on foot from the centrall station, you'd better not to go throught Reperbaan. The room smelled of tobacco - most un-appealing! In the shower cabinet, a metal groove for the sliding door was loose and seemed not to have been reportedby the cleaning staff. The wirless internet does not work in the room. the noise of the slamming main door at the floor that you can hear when you are inside at your own room. Noisy at times. The room was very noisy due to nearby restaurents, No Air Conditioning. no hair dyer in room. Fairly noisy . You hear everything what happens on the floor.Got stuck in the elevator on the very last momnt at departure, but were helped out of there within one minute since we luckily already reached ground level. But the quick help from the hotel staff was good!!! Simply the technology failed on us. The room was never cleaned during my 3-day stay, they just made the bed. The soap in the shared bathroom was also never refilled and was out in most of the sinks and showers.The reception and the lift are half a floor above the stairs.
