Location, even tho located at the "start" of the Reeperbahn, was super;close to the harbor, fish market, restaurants. And a very nice breakfastbuffet. Helpful staff. Friendliness of staff. Warm vibe of the hotel and friendly staff. Good location: 10 minutes walking to the centre, 5 minutes to the harbour. Nice room, quite spacious. Bathroom small but really clean. good value for money and excellent location close to underground and area i had to visit. the hotel staff and breakfast. Buffet Breakfast. location. very nice staff, good breakfast, central location. Breakfast, staff. location of hotel. The shower wasn't great. Carpet in the room needed to be changed. no hair dryer in my room. Plastic Folding Door on Bathroom. The surrounding area should have been better explained as being a hot spot for sex shops! As this was not what we were expecting.The bed in the single room was a small one. Extremely noisy,rooms outdated and shabby,shower was broken. breakfast times not flexible, arrived 5 minutes late one morning and was told too late. Bookings made for 3 single and one double room which was charged at a higher rate and upon arrival everyone given double rooms but payment remained the same. Feel that money should have been refunded. No nectar points given at the time of booking.
