Modern, clean, comfortable and spacious room. Public areas all clean and in good condition. Reception welcoming. Looking at the Harley Davidson motorbikes in the shop below the hotel. Bike station nearby. Very good interior and stuff. 18 minutes to Hauptbahnhof (Central Station) walking or 5 min walking + 5 on a rented bike (available for free). The hotel and staff were great. The location wasn't as great but not too far a walk to the center of town. Overall a nice hotel.

Excellent staff, beautiful, quiet rooms. Location to our destination. The hotel staff was extremely courteous and very helpful. The room was neat and clean and the view (12th floor) spectacular of the Harbor. Saw QMII at dock from our window. Staff helpful and friendly..Good choice for the breakfast. Restaurant area Bathrooms The view from the window. Simple, but well-designed room. Rooms, price. the suroundings in the room is really nice, very spaceful and very modern. And there is a 7/24 shop across the street. room totally refurbished. free car parking. the design inside the room. Not so convenient for Hamburg's excelent metro network. Front door at bit tatty (stupid comment I know but first impressions...). Price was high but this is normal if there is a conference in Hamburg. No cafe or restaurant nearby. To have a diner one should go to the Hauptbahnhof (18 min walking, or 5 min walking and 5 min on a bike could be rented for free). Some areas of the hotel are under refurbishment and they still look outdated. Possible to get a singel meal in the evening at the hotel resturant. The area around the hotel is a bit derelict..15 mmins walk or more to anything of interest. The air conditioner was broken in our room which made it difficult to sleep.,. The room was extremely small and cramped. More of a one-person room than two. Shame there is not a hospitality tray to make a cup of tea/coffee as there is no restaurant in the hotel or nearby. Rooms relatively small Facade and entrance/lobby in need of renovation Facade was not airtight, hence street noise all day and night No space for suitcases. Location, exterior, restaurant, facilities. The room is very cold, no heating in the room and the air conditioner doesn´t help a lot. Very surprisingly knows that the 3 starts hotels in Germany don´t provide teethbrush and the slippers, very cold to walk in the room then. location poor. good walk to centre through dodgy area and road works so no pathway. no night life at hotel ie bar or lounge to sit in lifts working spasmodically. had to use service lift. the building very old and ugly, same for the facilities. Room doesn't woth more than 45 euros.
