The hotel very nice, and only a few minutes walking distance from Hauptbahnhof, and in close proximity to restaurants, grocery stores, musems, etc. The room was perfect for a single traveller, and the breakfast/ breakfast area was great as well. Friendly staff. Everything. very helpful staff ( the man at the reception offered me his cell phone and made a call for me ) clean room good breakfast. all reviews »

Location is central and close to central station. Central. OK Price. the location. I missed the possibility to make tea or coffee in the room , or at least that one could get something hot to drink in the hotel outside breakfast hours. Nothing. could have been better with a kettle and some tea and coffe in the room. broken window tap,sink was very small,but useful.smokers allowed in the floor,very messy smell comes into your room, and it is very uncomfortable to go in the morning trough this smell.I am a non smoker.no elevator. Restaurant food and service was less expected.Bed wasn't too comfortable. . No lift and has to carry luggage up and down stairs to my room in level 3
No internet signal in my room and level 3 for first day. Have contacted receptionists multiple times and finally somebody phoned the broadband company to fix the problem
