Near the Main bus and train station,Easy access to the shops. thr room we stayed in was excellent.location, free Internet. large and clean room, wifi ok, breakfast ok. The breakfast was great!. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The front staff were friendly and helpful.excellent location, well appointed rooms, superb buffet. the location and the value for money. Hotel OK, Breakfast very fine. However, several prostitutes at the street just outside for the hotel at evening/night. Not appropiate for families with young/teenager boys, Otherwise centrally placed. It was warm ,clean and friendly. Staff Helpful and professional. Proximatity to centre and railway station. Well located, really near railway station. Good internet access, however sometimes poorer connection on 5-th floor. Nice Breakfast. Good catering in general.Hotel location. Staff spoke English and were friendly. Very easy to find location rightacross the street from the main train station. With a bus from theairport to the train station for only €5, it was simple getting to thishotel. Breakfast was ok.it is easily accessable with free street parking after a late supper. There was no shampoo or conditionerwhich is a little ridiculous, considering it was not cheap at €89/night.There were stains on the carpets and although the bed and bedding seemedclean, the rest of the room did not.There is no hairdryer in the bathroom. The carpets in the corridor and room. maybe this is letsbookhotel.com's fault but during online booking we were asked about smoking preference and we said we wanted a smoking room. however, the entire hotel was non-smoking. we requested a double room and got a twin. The tv didn't work and the remote was broken. It seemed shabby for a three star hotel. Is OK, for the price. The furniture in the rooms was of poor quality and the room looked grey and colourless.The booking was for a double room, however we were allocated a twin room and only by chance were able to swap rooms with other guests as we were booking in. Reception staff were not particularly friendly. To get into the hotel you have to pass prostitutes who accost you whether it is 0800 or 2000. The hotel lift did not work, There were no slippers or tea making facilities. The breakfast room was too small so you had to queue for a seat. Poor standard of breakfast. This is not a business hotel. The desk is way to smal. Room furniture very poor. Elevator not working and rudeness of staff at reception. I will definitely not go to Eden hotel again.
