The staff were incredibly helpful. There was a very homely living area which was handy to relax in. If I go to Dusseldorf again, I will definitely be staying here. Friendly helpful staff, nummy breakfasts and situation. location and atmosphere. Having to climb stairs with cases!. Troubles with parking. Tiny bathroom with the toilet. No elevator.
