The location at the Düsseldorf Hafen is a perfect fit allowing to be far away from the hipe of the city i.e sleeping well whilst you can fetch a taxi and be with 10 minutes at the Kö for shopping. It was absolutely lovely and the staff were amazing. Breakfast was fantastic and our view was lovely. I love breakfast buffet .and I love the suite it is spacious comfortable and cozy .

Der Blick auf den Medienhafen ist sehr reizvoll. It's a superb hotel. Location. my room was super clean and comfort and this is must be the case with all five star hotels. Concierge service is over whelming very professional. Quality of the hotel in general, room very good. The club lounge is very good. nothing. I liked it all. Smell in the corridor. Terrible video-menu, couldn't see small letters on screen, uncomfortable way of choosing movies. Texts on the phone body printed in too small letters. When restaurant's bill included into room bill they split it in a way you can't control total amount (eg they show separately food, alcohol beverages, non-alcohol beverages etc) . it was a little bit far from the city centre. the view the bed linen absence of pool poor fitness. it's really a shame that you have to pay € 18 for 24H wifi in the room !. no wifi. receptionists were not that helpful at all. I asked for someone to take my luggage down when I checked out and they didn't send anyone. you need to wait like 10 minutes to let them bring your car from parking. AC was not working proprly I complained about this and no action was taken. Front desk manager does not say the truth requested a late check out he asked for 380 euros for 3 hours calming the hotel is fully booked on 22 November Which was not the case and he was rude. Wifi is not free which is not acceptable when you pay more than 300€ per night. The lack of electrical plugs in the main bathroom makes it very difficult to use things like flat irons etc. Hotel is a bit tired looking and I saw no doorman to help with bags in the evening or cabs. I would like frome these hotel fixed the air conditions. And dosent. Hold all the amount and mak it blook with no reson allthe hotel they only get the crdit card and get the amount when they make chek out.
