Liked the location, near enough to city but in a quiet location. Excelent friendly staff and the room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Would choose this Hotel again. The good location, freindly staff, and nice room.Location, Service, Staff. It was cheap and in the centre of Dusseldorf. Just what we wanted. Excellant staff great value for the price took cab from airport and walked therafter. staff very helpful on showing where to go and how to get there. Hotel is about 3 blocks from fashion row with lots of eating places. 6 or 7 blocks from worlds longest beer garden and rhine river where you can take a river cruise- 2hrs for about 10 euro pp.

Only its location is adventegous but the quality of the hotel was really poor. minibar which was free had only water bottles, there shud be at least 2 beer bottles. Room Very Small. poor breakfast , very small shower and bathroom , No right place for kids as it is infront of the redlight dist. photos on their website do not reflect the hotel accurately. Although very good, clean and comfortable, I did not consider that it was a 4 star standard hotel. pigeons on the balcony made a lot of noise in the morning - window opening not possible as pigeons tried to enter the room. The room seemed like for a 3 star hotel rather than 4, kind of small and small toilet. Was looking a bit tired, lights didn't work in the bedroom. small rooms for two people. lack of room service and bellboy staff. Room very tiny and directly at the main stair , price 175 E per night. After complaining a quiet room was given.very small bar / restaurant And price for the third night ( double the 2 first nights). It is not a four stars hotel. It is about two, not more. I left the hotel after one night staying.The Rooms were very small compare to any hotel I have stayed in. No facility for any room snacks. It had no restaurant. No restaurant or room service. General basic infrastructure shabby I.E.hanging ceiling tape in corridors. I want a shower toilet in the bathroom.The hotel room I stayed, room number 322, was a litttle dark even daytime. I think the room needs more lighting to be more comfortable. Also, it would be much better if the toilet is equipped with shower toilet. Room was very small.The interior of the hotel was old fashioned. The hotel was a reasonable distance from major tourist sights and was very difficult to find. Even tourist information could not direct us to hotel. I had chosen this hotel because it was described as being 10 minutes from major sites and railway station, it took us 2 hours of walking round in circles to find the hotel!!. Nothing to do with Sheraton. I had a cold shower three days running due to problems with water heating. I was finally moved to another room where the heating did not work properly.the staff was not very helpful, the hotel was going under renovation work, the AC was not working, very poor value for money. There is a smell in the hotel, the room was too small and its curtains were completely dirty. In addition the staff on the reception was extremely cold.
