This was a very nice location, great appartment with everything we needed and with good beds to all. Parking at the street for free and within walking distance of the city center. It has a lift which is a great plus when travelling with a child and stroller. We would definitely saty again. Friendly staff by check-in. Good location. Very clean, good equiped. Apartment was coldish. poor info regarding how to get there, only ONE English program on TV, no public transport near-by. Room smelt of cigarette smoke. Housekeeper apologized. There is nobody to clean the room , the pillow quality is very poor, the bath water outlet has problem but after the request of us they maintain that. Noisy No service. Poor value for money , room with kitchen units and not an appartment ... stayed 2 weeks got 2 towels and no clean sheets , the shower head was broken they never came to repair over all not worth € 1077 for 13 nights , this is not an appartment it's just a room big enough for 1 person. terrible experience. in dusseldorf with 4 degrees of minimum temperature have not thought to check the radiators and for two days I had to sleep with clothes to protect me from the cold. uncomfortable bed and pillow ridiculous.
