Nice neighborhood, easy walk to public transport, helpful staff. The kitchen was tiny but had everything we needed- can opener included! Several tasty restaurants and cafes within a few blocks, and a grocery store down the road. Great value for money and very clean. It's very close to Adenauerplatz U-Bahn or Charlottenburg S-Bahn so it's very easy to get to the city. The area is also quite lively with a lot of restaurants and some bars.

Neighbourhood was fine. The apartment itself was fine. Wifi worked and so did the TV even when a bigger screen size could be provided. We liked that the apartment was close to the city and it was relativly inexpensive. The rooms were clean. Good, friendly staff, good laction in relation to the city's attractions. I like location, everything is close to the city center. Central location. Ligging prima. Location. Staff Ms Alexandra was friendly and helpful. Komfort,good prise,clean. nothing - nulla. We never did find the playground. Also, it would have been helpful to have a key to the parking area. The building itself is a bit run down however the apartment itself is well equipped and clean and is everything you need if you're just looking for a base to explore the city. It's not that close to the centre but the transport links are great and it's good if you're on a budget. No real complaints about this place and I would stay there again. internet access wasnt great and 5 euros daily. Also, cleaning products were in kitchen, but only 1 roll of toilet paper for a 4 night stay!!. The building needs repairs. The entrance on Droysenstrasse looks bad comparing to surrounding entrances of other buildings in the neighbourhood. The elevator was "creepy" and not clean. Garbage was found on the floor when you enter the other entrance. The balcony was dirty by the apartments. Very dirty. The hot water did not work in the second apartment and we called the agent and he did not respond, also the apartmnet had stove refridgerator and utensils but did not have a microwave. Pictures on the web site do not reflect the standard, in reality the standard of the appartment was much poorer than on the picutres. A stench of cigarette smoke in the whole appartment. Difficult to find parking. No WiFi. Bad Internet connection. We payed extra but could've use. The apartment wasn't dirty as such, but there was quite a lot of dust in the corners and on/in the couch (fold-out bed). WiFi was way too expensive compaired to the stability and speed provided. Prijs/Kwaliteit. Cheap equipment (beds, sheets, etc.). TV didn't work, tiny kitchen. The appartment given was not on Kurfestendam, it was in a very old unmaintained building, internet was working on and off... very bad experience. We and other friends reserved 4 apartments: all are unclean (old bottles and piles of dust under the bed) one with sofa soiled by mildew. notable: the pics show the real apartments in a "creative way"... worst assistance I have ever found.
