Location,price,comfort all more than satisfactory--look forward to returning. breakfast, roomsize, transport, schedule. Good lodgind for the tourist interested to see and experience the city. Good location of the hotel for the S-bahn, easy to get places.Need a little more quality control on minor maintenance issues (no translucent curtain,opaque curtain too small for window,one light fixture had no globe, another had burned out bulb, total illimination a little dim. No single thing is a big deal, but in total was a little irritating, and it would be so easy to fix these sorts of details. all reviews »
Unfortunately they did not have a complete reservation for us, we have made a reservation for 2 nights, 2 rooms and they only had 1 room for 2 nights. They had missed the second one and were not very helpful to solve the problem in an easy way.
