The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the rooms were very clean, comfortable, and spacious. The location was also really good. Berlin is a great city. Nevertheless, we were a little bit annoyed because for both rooms we checked in later than it was anticipated. May be location. the bed was very hard and uncomfortable. quality of pillows. service very slow, but thats the same all over Berlin. Only one internet computer.
